About Us

Our family's passion for jamón began in the 1970s when we lived in El Puerto de Santa María in southern Spain. Every bar and restaurant we visited featured a display of jamones hanging from the ceiling, filling the room with the aroma of cured ham. Paper thin slices of Serrano or Ibérico ham seemed to accompany every meal.
