Cured pork is at the heart of Spain's cuisine. Salt cured hams and sausages are served at restaurants across the country. Add to salads, sautéed vegetables, pastas or stews to add a burst of Spanish flavor.

- Ibérico Cured Ham (2 oz)

This delicious ham is dark red with rich flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. From 100% Ibérico breed pork.

- Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (2 oz)

This is the ultimate cured ham. “Bellota” means acorn in Spanish and this exquisite ham comes from free-range pigs that feast on sweet acorns while roaming the 'dehesa' rangeland of western Spain. From 100% free-range Ibérico breed pork cured over 2 years.

- Jamón Serrano Cured Ham (4 oz)

Spain's most popular cured ham is enjoyed as a tapa or an ingredient in traditional Spanish recipes. Dry-cured for over 18 months, it has a mild and deliciously hammy flavor.

- Sliced Chorizo Sausage (3.5 oz)

Spain's signature cured sausage is made with Pimentón smoked paprika, garlic and sea salt. It has an alluring smoky flavor.

- Sliced Lomo Embuchado Pork Loin (2 oz)

Savor thin slices of this cured pork loin seasoned with smoked paprika. Leaner than chorizo, it is beautifully marbled and delicious.
