Return Policy:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos to support@jamon.com so we can improve our packaging. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. (Please note, your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.)
  • Customer Errors: If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it at your expense. We will send a replacement, billing you for shipping and any price increase or refunding you the difference if the replacement costs less.
