This premium gift set showcases Spain’s finest Ibérico de Bellota meats from Cinco Jotas. Inside you’ll find a whole bone-in paleta (shoulder), a cured lomo pork loin, a forged Arcos carving knife and stainless steel tongs engraved with the Cinco Jotas logo.
The paleta is aged up to two years, developing deep red meat marbled with golden fat. Smaller than jamón but equally flavorful, it’s a striking centerpiece for gatherings. The lomo, seasoned with smoked paprika, is the perfect complement—slice thin and serve with cava or sherry.
Cinco Jotas meats come from 100% pure-bred Ibérico pigs raised in Spain’s dehesa. In autumn, they feast on acorns ("bellotas"), which give the meat its sweet, nutty flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. This tradition earns the premium “bellota” designation.
Your CInco Jotas Ibérico de Bellota shoulder arrives in a zippered cloth bag. The included knife and tongs make slicing and serving easier. A holder is not included; we recommend using one for proper carving.
